ASPIRE & SUCCEED

ASPIRE & SUCCEED is an award-winning organization located in the heart of Lozells, Birmingham. Founded by local residents following the 'Lozells riots' of 2005, it focuses on youth and community work, advocacy, and after-school tuition. They strive to improve the lives of local people through effective project work and community organizing. The project established a weekly advice surgery for residents at the Carpenters Road Hub on Wednesdays and Thursdays, assisting families with accessing rights and entitlements, and developing self-help habits of managing income and correspondence. The surgery has raised over £100,000 in income and savings for Lozells families.
