Arman Holdings Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 25/10/1982 under Companies Act 1956 in Delhi. The main object of the company is to buy and sell shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stocks, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any company constituted or carrying on business in India or elsewhere. Since inception, the Company is engaged in all the business of investments. Since year 2014, the company has also entered in the business of Textile, Fabrics. In future, the company has plans to expand the investments business by lending and investing in companies with sound and profitable business, expanding textile business. The company operates through three segments: Textile Products, Precious Metal & Stones, and Plastic & Related Products. The company engages in the trading, exporting, importing, wholesaling, exhibiting, buying, and selling of precious stones, chemicals, textiles, paper, oil, cement, plastic, automobile, jute, tea, sugar, gold, diamonds, ferrous and nonferrous metals, games and toys, electronic goods and handicrafts, and other products. It also offers grey, knitted, fancy, cotton, polyester, and linen fabrics.
