Ara Counselling Ltd offers affordable and approachable counselling in Preston. They work with children, young people, and adults, providing a safe, relaxed space. Their focus is on helping individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. They are committed to respect, confidentiality and being there when needed. The owner, Paula, has a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Masters in Mental Health Research, and is working on her PhD in Mental Health Research. She is also the originator of a new project in Preston providing simultaneous therapy for parent and child, through local primary schools as an early intervention for better mental health.
