Private Counselling and Supervision service in the heart of the community. I am a psychotherapist who works bespoke with individuals that experience anxiety, overthinking, intrusive thoughts or low mood. Individuals often come to me feeling burnout. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I will help you connect with your emotions, identify patterns of behaviour and develop strategies to encourage confidence and calmness. I offer in person and online sessions in a cosy, welcoming, private, non clinical setting. I am available most weekdays.
