I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University. I work collaboratively with the client in order to facilitate the work. I bring my training, experience and expertise in the field, but you set the pace in the sessions. My particular approach as an integrative therapist rests foundationally on a humanistic position and is developed further with ideas from relational psychoanalysis and developmental neuroscience, hence my focus on the relational aspects of therapy as well as a basic position of unconditional positive regard for the client.
