The company specialises in providing advice and assistance to policy makers on a wide range of road-related transport matters, the review of the way such policies are executed both within central and local government and the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. Services include: Providing advice on organisational structures and statutory procedures to highway authorities, advice on road programme development and implementation, advice on individual scheme development including statutory procedures, advice on the control of excavations in the street, advice on government administration particularly in relation to technology issues, advice on the institutional, regulatory and cultural aspects of the implementation of new technology in transport, network referencing in the use of GIS and ITS, expert witness services on road scheme development, specification and standards issues, contractual advice and assistance, and review of transport infrastructure delivery and operations.
