Amy Curtis Fitness provides personal training and Pilates to help women build strength and fitness during pregnancy, post-natal and menopause. I am a level 3 certified personal trainer with additional qualifications in Pilates (level 3), pre-and post-natal Pilates; pre-and post-natal exercise; pelvic floor and core health; and menopausal, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal health. I offer specialised fitness training for women during big life transitions such as pregnancy, new motherhood and menopause. My programs are designed to help you reconnect with your body and achieve your health goals in a supportive and empowering environment. Personal training sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences. I will work with you to create a personalised fitness plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.
