Amber Case Management (ACM) is a case management company specializing in working with clients who have sustained a brain injury or catastrophic injury. Based in the North West of England, the case managers work with clients throughout Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside. ACM is instructed by solicitors to carry out a collaborative process which: assesses, plans, implements, co-ordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual’s health, social care, educational and employment needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost and effective outcomes. All case managers are registered healthcare professionals and are required to adhere to their own Professional Code of Practice. Additionally, all case managers are either advanced members or working towards advanced membership status of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM). Amber Case Management is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Amber Case Management’s Schedule of Insurance is underwritten by Zurich Insurance plc. The company was formed with the aim of providing high quality community based rehabilitation for people following a traumatic or acquired brain injury or catastrophic injury across the North West of England.
