Alexander David Securities Ltd (ADSL) was an FCA-regulated firm authorized to conduct investment-related activities. ADSL provided corporate finance advisory services which included initial public offerings, secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings. It also undertook some other unregulated activities. ADSL entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 1 July 2022. The joint liquidators appointed are Shane Crooks, Emma Sayers and Malcolm Cohen of BDO LLP. The company provided stockbroking services to private clients directly until July 2013 when Templeton Securities Ltd, bought out ADSL’s private client business. The joint liquidators will be writing to all creditors and customers of the Company.
