AGE UK HERTFORDSHIRE

Age UK Hertfordshire is a local independent charity supporting over 15,000 older people annually. They provide various services, including information and advice (benefits, Lasting Powers of Attorney), lunch clubs, a visiting scheme, a telephone befriending service, emotional support, help in the home, and a handyperson and gardening service. The Information and Advice service offers support on claiming benefits, Lasting Powers of Attorney, free training in computer skills (including home visits), housing options, community care, leisure activities, and more. They also partner with Hertswise and the Hospital & Community Navigation Service (HCNS). Their mission is to improve the lives of older people in Hertfordshire.
