Age UK Gateshead is an independent local Charity. Together our team of staff and volunteers provide services or run activities for approximately 800 people per week. We provide services such as, information & advice, Dementia Day... We are a registered charity working to improve the lives of people aged 50+ living in Gateshead. We offer a variety of activities and groups where happiness takes the lead, including befriending, Day Centres, friendship groups, and many more. Our staff and volunteers together deliver services and activities for people aged over 50 in Gateshead & Newcastle. We are driven by the needs & aspirations of people in later life & our mission is to improve the lives of older people. Our vision is that all older people flourish.
