They primarily target London and the Home Counties but can support any location remotely and have reciprocal arrangements with industry contracts that can provide on-site equipment maintenance backup throughout the UK. They work with tried and tested products and services that combine good value for money with excellent features. Adept secured InnovateUK funding to create an AI based text analysis tool with improved accuracy. The tool uses AI research from Robert Gordon University, that checks the accuracy of the analysis, and distinguishes between general comments and specific comments that contain important information.
