At Abhi Rose we pride ourselves in providing excellent, person-centred care. Our aim is to help you live as independently, safely and happily in your own home for as long as you feel able. We tailor-make each care package to ensure we create a plan that fulfils your needs, circumstances, preferences and beliefs. We ensure that every care package is unique to every individual person. We aim to provide continuity of care; we want you to get to know our staff and our staff are keen to get to know you. Where possible, we aim to send you the same staff members depending on the size of your care package. Individuals who are new to our service will initially be visited by a qualified senior member of our care team, who collectively have over 50 years’ experience within the care industry. Your feedback during this initial meeting will form the basis of your bespoke care package that takes into consideration your needs and preferences. Your care package will be set up with a mutually agreed home carer that best suits you, who will become your primary care assistant. We provide care services around Kirklees and surrounding areas, which includes several areas of Wakefield and Huddersfield.
