A4U

A4U is a registered charity and Disabled Persons Led Organisation providing support to empower people with disabilities of all ages, their families and carers. A4U works to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and/or long term conditions, their families and carers in Shropshire and its Borders. A4U offers information, advice and advocacy for disability issues. Legal advice on Welfare Benefits, claims and appeals, help with form filling, and support for the adult diagnostic pathway (Shropshire Council area only). A4U lead the Shropshire ASC Hub - a weekly Hub for adults providing a range of services and activities to promote life skills, coping strategies and self-management techniques.
